After you sign up and pay you are informed you need to pay more to see if mail you send is being read.I sent several emails,4 to the same person and not a single answer.Canceled the part where the money was automatically taken from my card and asked for my membership to be canceled and the unused part to be refunded.I cannot send mail,get 11 people a day who are interested,viewed me or emailed me and i cannot contact them since i stopped the money from being taken from my card and wanted a refund and my account canceled,They cut you off from 90% of the service you thought you were going to get.There is no customer service,support group,phone # to contact.The email only gives you pictures of people trying or wanting to contact you,then you pay more money for that service
