After writing my complaint the company did not contact me but I did contact them.
Your system says resolved but the company never contacted or offered me any compensation. It is now July 28,2020.
I would avoid this site. I don't think I could ever get a date here because of the false advertising and limited local membership.

Their biggest problem is too many fake accounts and low activity of the few real ones.
